When I was newly married, mustard yellow was THE color. I had bags and blouses and sweaters in a color that made me look like I had the flu. I kept trying to add more bronzer, more highlights, and more eyeliner so that I could “pull off” dark yellow.

It never occurred to me that the color was the problem.

But after a decade as a professional wedding photographer and editor, my eye became trained to see color and the impact it had on skin tones. I began my color journey in 2023 by getting my own colors done, and then I was SOLD.

Using the 12-season system, I guide clients into their very best colors by accurately analyzing three dimensions of color: hue, value, and chroma.

I love the moment during a consultation when a clients’ eyes light up because they actually see how color influences their appearance, their mood, and the way they’re perceived by others.

Color is a powerful tool; my joy is to teach you how to use it.
